he has fitted a halogen 12V light (the kind you get in kitchen installs i.e. under the cupboards)

It will be extremely bright

...Edit to say :: Oh ive also noticed hes put red reading lights in there. nice

Is this to allow people out who are out for some dogging action to get a better look at the action

You should start selling them on dogging websites, could make a bomb
