Actually, you can.

If you hold the bar in your teeth, then lower it over the top of the rear shocks, you'll have to sit on the bar and ratchet the nuts on by holding it with your knees.

i was going to be the proud owner of a nice rear brace if it wasn't for a certain member of this site being a horrendous liar or a waste of space.

it's possibly a post office problem, but i'm in serioous doubt.
