Ok ordered a few irmscher bits and bobs....got the lights through today and they are litterally covers..no bulbs or unit or nothing...i take it you have to use the existing one on the car.

How cheap is that?! Ive seen the irmscher lights go for like 100 quid and more, if i spent that much id expect lights and some money back!

I advise anyone who is going to get irmscher stuff to get it from germany...its cheap and u cant understand the instructions...what more can u want!

Is the above normal? no light unit? just cover? or did i order something else? Corsa C btw

Teh Corsa C rear clusters are just covers, the bulb holder remains with the car.

How much did you pay ?

What does it matter if it's just a cover? It does the same job, it still works. You can't use your other lights at the same time either.

Maybe u miss understand me James_DT...my point is not that they are just a cover or that i have to use existing bulb holder etc...its the fact some people/most people pay over 100 pounds just for the cover! You can tint the back lights out for 10quid and get almost the same effect.

Yes, you can.

Why buy Irmscher when you can get 90% of the items as unbranded equivalents for a fraction of the price?
Because Irmscher is a brand and Vauxhall enthusiasts like to say "that's irmisher that is" (always pronouncing it incorrectly..)

So you're not just buying the cover, you're buying the name.

understood. but would have thought a quality company such as irmscher would have given a bit more that what they did for the amount.
