as above, wheres the cheapest place? Can get the 128 for £15 on ebay + delivery and the 256 for £23 on ebay + delivery can anyone beat that with any sites etc.. ? cheers

same sort of thing tho, was half the price of the shops

Got a 256mb one from there for my 6230 for about £40 I think it was. This was a while back now though.

mine was 28pound (256mb) from ebay but you can get em cheaper on there. I saw 22pound delivered bargin.
