Will try and keep this short, bear with me!
G/f's dad is a mechanic and his boss imports Hondas from Cyprus, they are all UK Spec, full Honda warranty, etc, just a lot cheaper. I have therefore put my name down for a spanking new Civic Type R, in Black, with AirCon, all for £15,400 (Which is £2.5k cheaper than local Dealer for same car!!) Only problem is that since they come from Cyprus, he's never sure what he will be getting, or when - which is my problem!
I've been waiting 5 months for a Black one and although I have been told delivery for Friday, I'm not holding my breath as have been given 4 previous delivery dates!
So, I have a few options I would like to bandy about!
1. I wait for a Black one, however long that may be, days, weeks, months!
2. I get a silver one, he has a couple in stock and I always said my next car would be silver, then I saw a Black CTR and changed my mind!
3. Sod the CTR and get something else, possibly with a flat four turbo lump lurking under the bonnet!!
I already pretty much have my mind made up over what I'm going to do, just wanted some input (other than the g/f, who thinks the Scooby is more practical as it has 4 doors and a larger boot!! Women! )

have you put your name down, or paid for it?
If u have paid for it, think how much interest they've been making on it
