went scrappy theres a nice corsa with a subtle spoiler on the back ! i was takin it off wen he stopped me and sed i had to buy the whole tailgate !
he wants 70 quid for the whole boot wot can i do he wont let me take just spoiler ! and its well nice i want it

take off the spoiler, rub down the old paintwork, fill the recess, smooth, and primer it.... then sell it as a smooth boot... unpainted and ready to go!!

a boot is only £10/£20 in my local scrappy altho in the breakers yard up the road there wankers. quote you on the phone and ask for more when you get there.

Most of the time they don't split because they'll be left with something useless. If you remove the spoiler and leave him a boot lid full of holes, that won't sell.
Having said that how must is the spoiler worth? If its upwards of 50 quid then I'm sure you could move the boot on assuming its in good nick. Must be quite old though if its Caribic?
