i got a section 59 tonight because my car was toooo loud. they said if i get caught again they will be takin my car off me. any1 else had 1 of these.

noonster got a bollocking for his silly-loud exhaust a few months back. ive been threatened with them before on a few occasions.

They are having problems enforceing this law in scotland at the moment but its only a matter of time

The exhaust I have on the gti is very loud due to the de-cat pipe but ive never been pulled for it

Snap! I have a section 59 warning too. Just means you have to be good for 12 months or they take your car and make you pay to get it back
