I put my 18's on my car. The arches had been de-bolted to fit my 16's. They fit. They catch a bit because they need to have the metal lip cut off the bottom of the arch to make some more room. They are 18x7 at ET49. If you have ET45 18x7.5 wheels you will need to do a far bit of work, you also run the risk of catching the suspension strut at that offset with that width. You may need spacers to push the wheels out slightly, you will also need to put some work in to the outside edge of the arch to stop them from catching, but is by no means impossible.

Remember that it is the outside rolling radius of the tyre, go for something like a Toyo T1-S for tyres too, they do 205/30 x 18 tyres which are very low profile. They also roll in quite a lot before you get to the tread - you might find a tyre that rolls in a bit more than the Toyo which would be even better.
Remember that the rolling radius of the wheel with a 205/35 x 18 tyre is about 10mm more than a 17" wheel with the normal size tyre on that you would use on a Corsa...

You could probably get them on without doing any more work. As the wheels are 7.5 inchs wide you may have a few problems, but is unlikely. Best thing to do is to fit them, see if they rub and chop the bit off that they are running on.
