Hi, my mate owns a silver saxo lowered 60mm with 15 inch rims with a 306 1.4 8v engine transplant put in which can keep up with VTR's the 90 bhp ones so there must have been some tuning done to that engine, or a new shape clio 1.4 16v sport standard which my other mate recently bought.

Any ideas?

I would say the saxo would have the edge being lighter and lowered. What does everybody else think.

the new clios have 105 bhp dont they? Are you talking about in a straight line or on a track

why the fuck would you want to transplant a 1.4 8v engine into any car, complete waste of time and money.

1.4 8v from a pug 306 surely is the same engine the saxo furio engine uses, id say the clio would beat it

Straight line race just, say 1/4 mile race. Are the clio 1.4 16v's not 90 bhp and I told him to put a VTR or VTS into the Saxo but he said that he got the 306 cheaper.
