mate has em on his 1.2 sxi, gives a pretty harsh ride but a decent enough improvement handling wise compared to standard.

Apex were ok, not too bad and improved handling a bit, although they drop alot more than 40mm. I hear Eibachs are the best and give a great ride, with decent handling.

eibach r top quality stuff, worth the money,
pro kit doesnt lower much however they are designed to work with OE dampers , springs arent harsh and the handling is top notch
