how can i find out who the liquidators are for a certain company if they wont tell us?

just had someone go bust on us who owes a lot of money and we suspect them of fraud.
someone suggested looking in the london gazette too.

London Gazette is probably good too. A lot of companies are listed there before anywhere else.
