problem 1, what OS are you running?
Problem 2, you have some spyware on your machine, to get rid of it, goto www.download.com and get a program called adaware SE Personal, run it and it should get rid of all the registry entries and data miners that cause popups and stuff.

1st) we need exact error to diagnose anything at all. ' win32 (something) ' has absolutely no chance of finding out the problem.

2nd) You have spyware/adware on your computer. Search google for adaware and spybot, install them scan your computer, and delete the stuff it finds.

Problem #2 is definitely some form of spyware, a few suggestions here on possible ways to get rid of it. And get some decent anti-virus software and a firewall, along with spy/ad-ware removal/protection software (SpyBot Search'N'Destroy & AdAware spring to mind).

Problem #1 sounds like a virus, make sure your anti-virus definitions are fully up-to-date, and do a full system-scan (after removing the computer from any network/internet connection).

Problem 1 does sound like a virus, trojan of some sort. Possible hijack attempt that XP traced on. Go and get SP2 from win update and then do full virus scan with latest definitions. Then report back
