It may have been commisioned by vauxhall in that colour. As a one off. Doubtful but other than a replica that's the only other option.

Its not an original GSi. Its a replica or been resprayed since new. I doubt very much that vauxhall would have allowed one in this colour. Even the single black original GSi was a myth until proved, but a satin red from factory is a no-no.

yep, the only colours gsi's came in as standard was:
Flame red
Glacier white
carabic blue
and grey/silver

They do actualy produce a black one from factory. not for the uk but australia as them...

The only model the maroon came on was the Cavalier Gsi in the Uk and Astra Turbo in South Africa.

four standard colours were available, satin red would have to be a SPECIAL ORDER FROM THE FACTORY!!!

it was like the calibra DTM editions, all white, exept one that was black, sold to a factory worker who specially ordered it a different colour

yes they do exist, not saying they dont, they were never supplied in the uk, any uk spec ones that are a different colour to the 4 colours are special order or resprayed

Someone find a picture of a K-reg Corsa GSi also.

I have only ever seen one in the UK and that was in Reading, was grey and a lady was driving it.

Very rare.
