These don't matter, the contract is formed when you arrive, not before you get there or depending on any records they hold.

Thats a blatent lie, its a contract which the retailer has offered and which you have accepted. It exists, and I'm fairly sure you can force them to honour it.

This happened years ago to one of the big names, and they had to sell stuff very cheap. Not sure if that loophole is closed by now.

The one a few years ago was a camera that was offered , in error, at a stupid price. I thisnk it should have been something like £50 but whoever was putting the info on the website put it as £5. the world and his dog rushed in and ordered thousands of these before the firm realised their error. They tried to say it was a mistake and cancelled the orders, but someone pointed out that it was a legal and binding contract - goods advertised at a price - goods in stock - purchaser requests goods & offers payment - seller acknowledges order - goods are sold !! They had to honour every order and it cost them thousands.
This is slightly different as the contract includes discount offers which have additional terms & conditions attached.

well they haven't made any false adverts, nor tried to convinced u to buy anything, u have all pinched someone's code and they are normally issued to certain people (ie, different code for different people).

i think u'd be sounding stupid trying to argue it..

will be covered in a disclaimer/terms and conditions somewhere

Quality I got my item. Originally cost £13.99 I got a delivery yesterday, the invoice stated £10.99 though

So I phoned up and said I was meant to have it for 99p due to vouchers and that if I don't get it for 99p you can come and collect it as I don't want it.
He said he will refund me £10 and this morning I was refunded £10

Cheap xmas present

No they didn't ask at all. But I had a plan I was going to say I was emailled an advert and used the code in that. If they said they wanted to see it I was going to say I deleted it as I used the code.
