yea they charged me £220 extra 4 all my mods, alloys, bodykit, k&n, powerflow.

Admiral wanted £90 for my alloys on the veccy.. i told them where to go.

Had 4 diff sets on the corsa and they didn't charge me at all...........

Norwich union are crap- every time i ring i get call center where they cant seem to understand english which then takes twice as long to try to get them to understand what you want and then they want £636 for my renewal, got it now for 315 from adrian flux.

when i was on the phone to admiral it was india or somewhere too.......

i asked to speak to somebody who spoke good english..put me on hold for 5 mins but then got somebody who i could understand...

I think in general they are not a bad insurance company. I have been pleased with them so far.

i am on a traders with norwich union. they might be more expensive but they payed me out straight away and fought the taxi driver , put a investigator and pretty much won me the case before court.

well my mums car was in an accident 3 weeks ago and stil waiting to here whether its going to be repaired or not

not very good when hire car is only for 3 weeks

I waited 5 weeks for them to decide about mine. They then offered me £7k for a 9month old car but I am looking for closer to £11k so money should be here soon but how much I dont know. They also dont communicate with each other with regards to whats happening with the car. The indian kept telling me that it has still to be inspected but I had got a phone call from the NU engineer saying he had written if off and this was over a week later. Hate them but they were really cheap

I work for them!
Each mod should be about 10% of ur premium.
India call centres are about as much use as a choccy radiator, just ask to get put thru to Bishopbriggs office, they can do this, do not let them tell you otherwise!

As for claims, thats in the Liverpool office, rather a scouser than an indian with broken english!
Just ask to be put thru to Liverpool, dont take no for an answer!

im with norwich union, i declared my alloys and they charged me an extra 50 quid i think, but they havent even put it on the policy for some reason, i need to declare the rest of my mods now but whats the point if they dont even add them too it
