Obviously you've never tried it if you think its as easy as that

After using some pretty Harsh Glass paper to try and key it, neither just paint, or primer would stick to the fucking chrome

.

Ended up Spraying it with hammerite, but if you get upclose it looks a bit crappy. Need to re-do it when i get a chance, but in pictures, and unless you get really close it looks ok

.

As For Percentage, its 7% on the rear screen, 17% on the rear quaters, and 52% on the front side windows

.

i don't think the fed will have any problem at all!!! The front looks legal limit so shouldn't have any problem. BUT u know what the old bill are like!!!!!!!
