Got a call earlier with the news...

he was on his way home in my mums car last night from taking his gf home and came round a blind corner only to come across some divvy asian female sat in a parked car no lights or hazards..

he slammed on the brakes and went straight into the back of her hitting his head on the steering and knocking him unconcious he came round to hear the female raving on about how she had no insurance, licence ect and that she was just dropping her husband off at work and would go and get him

next thing police stop and find my brother in shock blood pouring from him and he was like where is the other party.....she had left the scene of an accident

took an hour for ambulance to come as they were arguing over which area should send one due to him crashing on the border of 2 counties but thankfully he is ok apart from stitches and shock and i cant beleive the airbag didnt go off

nice to see people behaving so responsibly on the roads

at first no one really cared about mums car just as long as he was ok then the thought hit that as a named driver he would only be third party and as the vehicle was stationary she wont get done for no licence ect luckily he is fully comp

When i rolle dmy old corsa that was cuz of the other guys fault and he fooked off from scene and had no license tax or insurance and he was eventually caught!

He got 6 months ban
80 hours community service
10 points on his license
and £300 to pay to me

Not seen all the money still and been 2 years now and last i heard there was a warrrrent out for his arrest!

So they may be light at the end of the tunnel!

and good to hear hes ok, thats all that matters

no she was dropping her husband at work so had stopped on a blind corner. she walked to his work to get him after panicking she had no ins ect. apparantly though coppers can now tell at the scene if a car is insured or not

Thats bad... Luckily the Police have forensic teams for this sort of thing,so when the car that he smashed into goes for repair the owner will hopfully get raped up the ass with a baseball bat with nails hammered through it. I can't belive somone would have the nerve to leave another person injured in the dar in the middle of the road. It's sick.

sorry to hear this, but the main thing is your brother is ok. He still has his life kerry, cars can be replaced. I know what the other person has done is obviously out of order and wrong, but it could have been a lot worse. Hope he gets better soon Id also want to investigate why the airbag didnt go off.

Hope your brother is ok

It’s disgusting how anyone could leave the scene of an accident especially given the situation.
