whats the best atmospheric ones to get these days. Not wanting a bailey but wanting something with decent sound and nice looks. Price doesnt bother me, just want something decent.

[vibrio]You don't want an atmospheric dump valve unless you are a chav, you want a re-circ[/vibrio]

I'd say a Blitz blow off valve for sound because they aren't too loud but still give the whoosh most people want from an atmospheric...

get a fake one for 120 quid, www.sunamiturbo.com, ma mates got one n sounds decent

please tell vibrio i have a recirc one, i want a change, i will keep the recirc one for track days and 1/4 miles for max performance then.

alright stu, did james sort you out that money for the DV i got from you? i asked him to pass it on to you as i aint got a clue where my cheque book has got to and i have been working the other side of Mitcham the last couple of weeks.

anyone have any ideas if a blitz blow off valve will work ok on other cars? ie non jap cars?

Hahaha

Im attempting to get the missus to allow us to make a visit down there tomorrow but i think she got the idea of sitting watching DVD's all night .............how boring!

i have had the bailey atmospheric, got bored, went to reirc, bored again, bought baileys new venturi one, doesnt work, need new one urgently

had HKS SSQV on supra
have blitz SS in skyline
have bailey on GT.

HKS SSQV is the best by far, but thats doen to taste.... not worth the money though

Ive just been looking at the hks universal ones and it would appear it wont fit I think ill stick a turbo xs one on there for the moment til i find a better one

I have a Blitz BOV and its tip top , also comes with a mini filter aswell to take the sound away.

here is the thing all atmos valves do the same. induce lag between gear changes. the only difference will be the price and the sound. so if you want a slower car which sneezes between gear changes then buy one
