Ummm, first of all that isnt concrete, it is a composite that is like concrete but stronger, and that was a test to show how strong it is, and now is used by the military to prevent vehicale invasion on bases.

You should check the rest of that site out - there's a totally mad clip of a tomahawk missile hitting it's target bang on. It has to be seen to be believed!!

thats not a Tomahawk. Thats an AGM-88 HARM missile with probably a blast fragmentation warhead. A tomahawk would not cause such wanton destruction. The HARM is designed to take out large flat installations such as SAM sites or radar installations.
