i fitted a full exhaust system to my corsa with a CAT and then DE-catted it shortly after...gains are marginal mayb 2-3bhp and to be honest you will not notice it....probably a slight increase in torque and drivability though....

Its a better idea to just keep the CAT, as staed the power gains are minimal and the hassle you go through swapping it around for MOT and the risk of being caught and screwed for it really just doesn't seem worth it to me.

full magnex zorst plus decat pipe and induction kit with heat sheild and cold air ducting.

On Rollin road got 118bhp...

felt a bit more responsive and a wee tad noiser.

No, a fine for decat. Its not a road traffic offence in my understanding.

Yeah they do it once a month leaving town, BUT the leisure centre is 50 meters before it so just turn down there and go thru town home

(not that I have a decat of course)

Decat not illegal. If you fail the road side test your get 14 days to get the car sorted and pass emissions test. Very much doubt you'd get points and a fine. Decat made fair bit of difference on my car but its fapping huge
