i know of a certain banned person who is properly gutted that he/she is banned and wants to get unbanned - the prblem is that they have emailed ian and had no reply - and cant get on to ask obviously.

now i aint on here enuff to know the sides and ins and outs of the argument and i dont wanna get into it anyway, i just wanna know what the deal is?

how long are bans, how u get unbanned and so on

theyre banned til admin decideds otherwise, there aint no time limit its as and when they feel i presume

however if your a PM there are legal issues as you have no access to your propery (pictures in garage) or the e.mail service that is advertised.

How do you actually get banned?

I'm not planning on being banned mind, would just like to know where the line is. So that I don't cross it!

aye, i was reading something about that on another forum and my mate, who is doing law, said something along those lines.
Although, tbh, how many people would actually do anything about it? And all that would happen would be that you get a day to access your images (to download them) and you would have access to your emails up until your membership runs out.
