Put a uno tubo engine in a Fiat cinquecento

we've got one as a trade in at work, can have it for £500, has done 40k, and is really clean

can pick up a UT engine for £200

just wondered if its releastic

Do they, or can they use the same gear boxes. The most difficult problem you'd have to get around is the drive... Engine mounts and wiring are simple enough.

been done my friend has the first one in the uk!
was a bitch of a job firstly the size of the bonnet bulge to shut the bonnet, the holes cut here there and everywhere!
its a 1.4 engine and runs 15 psi boost, tis a crazy little beats and has fiat coupe turbo discs all round! very impressive but i wouldnt want to have an accident in it!

guy who works in teh comapny next too mine has a cinquecento turbo, dunno what the engine is though. has van aaken turbo conversion sticker on it, pretty rapid it is too.

so, you gonna do it then, you have the car, donor engine all for probably 600 quid dump them both with Lee and tell him to learn how to do a fiat engine conversion (free of charge )
