Guys, some of u must know, need ur help. My lil sis got caught speeding by mobile cams. She's on the 2 yr probation thing tho ie been drivin less than 2 yrs. She was caught doin 47 in a 30 limit. Is this 6 points and if it is 6 will she have to re-take test or is she on a real thin line until her 2 yrs r up??? She has no previous points. Sorry but I've never had a fine or anything so I'm clueless. Cheers peeps

47 in a 30, she deserves what she gets. I'm not saying I don't speed, but I'd never do that speed in such a low limit.

Yeah she may be lucky and get just 3 points and a fine.
I aint gonna sit here and lecture, I got 3 points for doing 38 in a 30. Serves me right, but still dont make it any easier to accept.

I will be honest here and say i did 50 in a 30 once but i regret it. Basically someone pissed me off so i sort of put my foot down
I tend not to speed, there really is no point. I like to watch ppl overtake me and then get caught at the same lights as me My licence means a lot to me so i try not to speed, also i would be gutted if a young kid run out in front of me and i hit them due to speeding. The limits are there for a reason!
