Yep your right - you got to be careful with both though when closing the boot, especially the fibreglass ones because they flex more - don't slam the boot down by pushing on the center of the filled recess, cos it'll crack after a while...

if you have any decent kind of sound system, the fibreglass used to smooth in the panel will crack
