Just rang Tescuuuurs Merter Insurance and asked about fitting Sxi/SRi alloys and an Irmscher Front Spoiler to my car....it adds an extra £141.75.

It was £141.75 alone for the alloys, the front spoiler will still make it the same price extra!

Is this a good or bad price dya reckon?!

Liv Vic added a grand total of £0.00 for Morettes, smoked side-repeaters, and non-standard rear lights, and BFO cone-filter......they only added £16 for the exhaust, but that's come back off again now.

On the elephant and admiral online quotes there are seperate tickboxes for foactory option alloys and aftermarket alloys. The factory ones are cheaper to add on but they still charge you.

This would be fine but being a young driver myself i know that the company that gives you the cheapest quote isn't always the one that lets you add mods for free. And in my cases saving sometimes up to 3 grand from the companys that don't charge for mods far outweighs paying an extra 100 quid if you happen to want some new wheels.
