My exhaust is the bain of my f*ckin life....

Every time i fix it it starts blowing again at the joins.

Mainly the decat to the system... seriously thinking about changing my Magnex one for another make!

Does anyone else have this problem??

Use better gum and a different technique for clamping the joints...

Tried different types of gum on it.... but to no avail!

look like its back to the ramps for my motor again!!

something is obviously wrong with the tube ends they could be 0.5 of a mm out and it will cause problems.

Take it down to sum1 like powerflow to see if they can weld the problamatic joins up or something - drastic but it might be a viable option?

if its magnex due to it being stainless stell you may need to get the joins TIG welded i did that to mine and i had no probs for the last 3 half years

only prob i had was the decat kept pulling out as there were no spring bolts on the manifold to allow the system to flex when the engine rocks under load

Na, De-cat is Magnex and System in Mongoose but there is that wee sleeve between them.

Might just get a custom one made up to get rid of that sleeve till i put the cat back in.
