Looks good, although I bet it has a massive whole in the boot floor, make sure you check.

Also check the rear suspension spring seats, they rott and its a VERY costly job to repair, sometimes they cannot be repaired

Inner arches, check them properly and also suspension turrets.

Don't worry to much about engine problems, you can fix them very cheaply.

Got to be dodgy if its from London.

Check battery tray also, underneath the batter, remove it to have a decent look.

Another way to check is by looking up under the drivers footwell and looking at the battery tray from beneath.

Battery tray
Suspension turrets
Inner arches
Rear suspension spring seats
Boot floor

These are the main areas for rust and are the most difficult and costly to repair.

Like I said, don't worry about any engine problems.

All 8v's 100bhp

1.6 8v.

Nice late one to.

but i would question the rocker cover - reason being that this is the Vauxhall C16SE engine - the rocker cover should have 1.6 injection stamped on it - that rocker cover is off an 1.4 8v SRi so if there is no record of the head being off - ask the question.

Fair enough but all the C16SE engines have 1.6 injection written on the rocker if its a brand new engine why has this been changed.

The inlet all looks right and the whole car looks very nice no silly stupid mods that you tend to find nowadays, just check it to be on the safe side
