Both inner and outer door skins, boot floor, spare wheel well, floorpan under the front and rear seats.

Rear qtrs would be good, but I couldn't be bothered to take the rear trims off.

Studio soundproofing materiel. As Its dirt cheap and does the same thing as dynamat

Ben remember to buy the dynamat extreme as its better then the normal dynamat. I bought a custom kit from www.caraudiodirect.co.uk and there was plenty for both doors (On CTR). But if your a heavy ice person i suggest you go for the door kit on the website.

I have the site somewhere, ive not tried it yet, but principals are the same. You may have to stick it yourself tho, ive not looked too much into it.

You can get foam blocks of all sizes too, ideal for rear quarters

Fill the rear quatuers with roof insulation - really stuff it like you were jamming your penis up another mans ass. Works well
