Got a phonecall from the Nissan Dealer i have my skyline at.... getting some bodywork done...
The quote was for the rear bumper and o/s/r panel repair/paint....
The phoned me saying that they had lost the quote and were just checking up on what there quote was.... nice sounding girl i might add
'Is is just the front bumper sir'
me - ' No, rear'
'ow much labour did we quote'
bla bla bla
Had to go through there quote, reading it back to them. I could have taken the price down quite a bit i think 
Professional eh!
