I wanted to ask this on SSC, but couldnt navigate their sh!te website without getting loads of annoying security alert things from my works firewall!! Plus everything was taking ages to happen.
So, can someone please settle this arguement for me, with fact and not Bias opinion 
I know someone with a Saxo VTR
He just had a custom full system and de-cat done for £200
Good price I says to him, hope it doesnt rust
So he then turns round and starts sayin how good it is, and that it gives him 10bhp or summit, so I just said, "no it doesnt, you would be lucky to see that on a VTS"
the rest is history, but you can guess he still thinks his cars RAPID MAN INIT!
So.... am I right?
anyone prove me wrong with a RR graph of a VTR before and after the full system. Dont really give a monkeys who is right, just wana know the answer!

the companys say that to sound good
in reality they would gain 10bhp if sticking the exhaust on a car with no exhaust or a potato stuck in it.
my car has a decat, cat back zaust, performance leads and filter.
i would feel lucky to have extra 3bhp, just makes things noisey imo....

You'd need to do it on that car, with that system, on the same road. Need to be exact about it if you're quoting that sort of increase. Unless he's got that he can only speculate. Its not beyond the realms of possibility, just not proven until we see the graphs!
