hi guys, i recently fitted a new hu in my corsa b, it all works fine etc but when i turn the engine off and take the keys out it loses all the stations i program, and the time set, anyone know a solution to this problem? thank you very much guys Rob

Swap the yellow and the red.

the yellow and the red going in to the headunit or into the like wiring loom thingy cheers mate

they will already have bullet connectors on, like they said just swap red n yeller

Had the same problem on my old Sony

There should be some sort of fuse (or fuselike) on the back to switch the continuous power with the switch-power.

Sony wiring looms have two bullett connectors one yellow one red, swap them over, or if you want the stereo to be able to play whilst the key isnt in the ignition then put both yellow and red on to the red coming from the black box end.

I'd only do this if your headunit's got a timer so that it automatically turns off after an hour. The amount of times I've been back to my cars to find I'd left the headunit on, with the volume turned down

run it off a switched live, with a perm live for , ach.... you know the rest
