I heard from someone that if your car get broken into, n ur stereo gets stolen but u took the fascia off u can get a replacement for the bit that got nicked? is this true? n if so which companies do this............ cheers!

You cant "get" a replacement but you can buy one.
Best place is eBay, the main stereo bit is always cheaper than the faceplate.

I bought a kenwood head unit about 3 months ago. They had a deal that if stereo gets nicked and u have the fascia they will replace it for free. Its valid for a year and you have to register online.
