Okay suppose its worth asking general public as thats what a private plate's for really. Would TDM look far from TOM as all the TOM plates are a grand

Seen another good one - T1 BMX, I used to BMX (but no longer LOL) My names Tom - T and also T1 is a BMX manufacturer! - £500

Dont think i'd ever put silly money into a plate, although the good ones shouldnt depreciate in value, although they prob will as the older style plates are wiped out with age.

First two numberplates issued? What do they say? I do find it hard to believe that he hasnt parted with it for 1million, I mean a million for a plate - im sure that would be the most expensive plate in the world. I million buys you a house, a fecking nice house....

maybe its sold by now then.

he has two identical cars, one plate on each... the 1F doesn't get as much publicity as the F1 plate.

I bought a plate of a 1960 Norton motorcycle for £795 in 1996 and I was offered £3510 for it by newreg last year, and they'd offer it for sale at £4200. Decent old style reg plates should never de-value, especially as the new style ones don't look anywhere near as good.
