Went to see the Zola tribute match and we all though "hmmmmmm Joe Cole never played today" wasn't even on the bench so we was thinking he wasn't there or something.
Anyway driving home and someone pulls up next to us in a massive range rover with the window down on a mobile phone (wasnt using hands free  ) so i said "look there is Joe Cole" 
My mum being my mum shouts out "OI Joe, good game today" He replies with "I didn't even play"
Thought it was sooooo funny as my mum meant the game in general but he thought my mum was being thick meaning he played well lmao

Joe Cole is just about a footballer As in he gets paid for it but doesnt actually play. Waste of talent!

Palace looked average in our friendlies, but to be fair we havent played our strongest team all together yet. New signings Kolkka and Speroni both looked impressive.

Palace wory me a bit this year in the Prem, no real signings but a good player leaving to go to Birmingham !

i agree, we havent made enough signings. Gray isnt a huge loss, he isnt in the game for the football, he wants the big money. He was so lethargic in most of the games i saw him. Kolkka will be a superb replacement. I believe if we show the spirit we did last season, we will scrape it through for one more season in premiership. We are favourites to finish bottom, so not a lot is expected.
