can USB BLUETOOTH WIRELESS 2.4 GHz DONGLE STRONG SIGNAL be used to connect to the internet cos my mate next door as this box where it lets me connect on the internet via a wirless dongle only thing is she wants it back and im buying one will the usb bluetooth one work many thanks j
