I've got a 720mb version - Divx and it's great quality, etc.
If you know of a way to transfer something like this over to you, I can get it started now - I think I've got a 256k upstream (not sure, not checking).

yea i got a 1.5gig version (by Centropy). Its a VCD iso's, which is across two cds have a butchers on www.vcdquality.com, search for I,Robot and see what it comes up with. Loads of people have cam'ed the film, encoded it and uploaded it to the net in torrents, so theres a few decent version around
eitherway, the version i got was pretty good quality for a cam'ed job, and since ive yet to find a telecine or similar version of the film, its about as good as it gets However, there is still a head that pops up at the beggining
and yes its a good film
p.s - i cant see this thread staying lol

Only thing that fecked me off is that its a VCD iso, which meant i had to burn it onto CDs, before i could watch in on my pc I even tried extracting the ISO files, but the mpeg video file, wouldnt play on any of my media players, even with my computer codec'ed up to the nines
eitherway, keep a note of that website, as it lists 90% of new released films by people and also there is a voting system and a feedback bit, so you can see if its worth downloading before you go ahead with it

Visible, try usin ISObuster to extract the ISO files.. Or try using a virtual drive and just mount the cue file on that.

yea, ive extract the bin file (iso). But since it was encoded for VCD (to be played on DVD players) then when you drag the mpeg file to media player or winamp (etc) it wont play
Just thinking about it though, if i draged it to my pc DVD player software, it might of ran
oh aye, i could have mounted it as a virtual drive, but sod that for giggles, would have taken longer than it did to burn two cds eitherway, it wasnt a biggy. I just burnt it to two 700mb CDs and then watched it on a nice big tv plus it made use of the 400 quid cambridge audio dvd player that my old man moans about how little use it gets

Mount it using a virtual drive, then use DVD player software to play it (PowerDVD etc).
