If you had a stainless steel manifold with a straight through pipe all the way to the back box (from the cat), this would increase torque and output yes?

yes if it was designed properly ( material don;t matter mild steel and stainless won;t show any power difference)

on a NA engine - bhp yes, torque maybe not - depends on the exhaust bore

on a turbo car - the free'r flowing the exhaust the better the bhp & torque

So stainless and non-stainless have no effect on torque/output?

And we are basically saying bigger bore = faster flowing gases = more torque/output?

I am guessing it works better on a turbocharged car due to the extra gases being expelled, is this right?
