How does that work? They wanted £1475 with a limit of 5000 miles. I laughed and quickly got off the phone...

So you can phone them up and ask for another 1000 miles or so, thats cool. Because I don't think i'll be driving my car much, just to work and back, then i'm off to uni. I hope. There's no way i'm parking my car on some shitty street in the middle of Birmingham

Yeah. It's only £1800 as it's 18'000 miles. I was insured for £1400 odd at that age with 0 NCB as I had a 6000 mile limit...

HIC mine is £377 fully comp protected ncb 5k ltd mileage policy. i'm 31 with the missus (30) on aswell.

HIC give a better deal than flux's :- gauranteed value + salvage retension. trackday cover and courtesy car.

Taken the £602... Just take the risk for once being TPFT... (would never normally go TPFT -- first time for everything eh but I'm hardly gonna see the car let alone drive it)
