Put the Motor In To the Garage The 2 Days Ago.
Mechanic Came Out Said the Cross Member Had Rusted Off the Chassis.(Danger to Drive)
I had No Track Rod Ends Left
So He Has To Order a New One and Weld it on etc
so Far hje has Rung up £350
and the MOT aint Finished Yet

i Have no Idea he Said Crossmember.
its The Bar Next to the Anti Roll Bar .
Its more of a ripped off than Rusted

o i mean it was clearly ripped off i could c it . the whole Front end of my car was loose because of it especially the radiator

apparently corsa's are notorious for the front cross member rusting till it breaks free so be careful near MOT time peeps! this is pre facelift models tho and only effects the earliest corsa i do believe!
