I havent even had time to look at this to be honest, but Im presuming its the higher the % the more chance of winning, the less the % the more chance of each way.

I may be completely wrong though.

If you send a fiver to cover, disc, electric, printing and p&p.........I'll post you MS Office XP which has latest versions of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Frontpage

all it is is some instructions (word) and a speadsheet (excel) and net access, and ya sorted
