what a top day out
racing was ace and they put on a good show, also got to walk all around the paddock and get right up close to the cars, even got to watch some of the action from ontop of the garages.
Didnt pay to get in as we only got there at about 1pm, but found out later it would have cost us £25 each, £100 for 4 of us
pics in a sec....

There are still quite a lot of people there... just in most of those pics you can only see the far grandstands (which are on the corner and I don't think are even used on that day... i.e. one saying BMW) - the ones in the center are usually quite full (and are nicer seating)...
I've been many times to the ascar... I get in free as my uncle is a photographer and gets alot of media passes... / free tickets.
It's worth it just to hear the noise
When they had the indy cars over here, rockingham was completely packed!!! i.e. every grand stand completely full!
