and im playing with the skyline

Got home from Norway at around 4pm

Fitted my new stainless steel AFM adaptor, cork gasket, and Apiro (pttfff ) muchroom style airfilter to the skyline. They sent BLUE instead of deep red, muppets..... i cant be arsed sending it back.

The filter is on par with the 240quid HKS superflow jobbie i had in the supra. Foam filtration, washable etc etc. Comes with multiple 'necks' for a universal fit

tis a bit gay looking tho I may spray it black

Also have just mounted two fixing clips to the GTR grill mmmm, i love the smell of glassfibre resin... woooo

Ive heard bad things abouth those sort of filters , the foam is meant to break up under high presure and be sucked into the engine?

theres some bad cases of it on MRC with the HKS versions.

thats ok then ,

strong mesh is also good as when you hit a bird going down the road at 150mph the mesh stays intact

the mesh now fits the grill, and the car had to make some adjustments for the bonnet catch etc
Glassfibred the gaps in the front bumper, then filled, cut mesh to size etc etc

pics will be up soon
