I agree DON'T order! I bought their induction kit and exhaust system, both were delivered fine, however when it came to the springs i wanted..they originally said they'd be 10days, which ended up as a month, with still no delivery! It took ages for a refund, and even when i got one it wasn't even by pvd but only because i rung up visa disputes and they refunded me, and then had to get their money from pvd! I also sent a complaint to trading standards!!

My friend waited 6months for a refund for some sideskirts which never arrived and they kept fobbing him off with reasons y he cudnt av a refund (same as me!!), so he also rang a visa number which gave his refund instead of pvd!!!

When it works, they are good...when things go wrong they don't want to know you and will never give u a straight answer!

This is however just from my personal experience...and of course my friends, however he is a gd mate and i know that this happened!
