yes colin dont get that they are a bit dated the rev1's....

I have been offered a J plate G-Limited Rev2's MR2 for very very cheap...full TRD bodykit aftermarket alloys and HKS exhaust...its just a bit tatty and needs some tidying up..however its done 136,000 miles...so gonna break it I think...

been trying to find out facts and figures about them.

read up on them and ive gto to look out for rotting rear arches / wings and leaking boots. apart from that there isnt much to look out for.

would love a Mk2 but cant afford the insurance

if u want a fun car go for it! cos u gotta remember the mk1 mr2 1.6 does 0-60 in 7 ish sec!

faster then the mk2 mr2 with 2 litre 16valve lump!

so imagine it with a super charger on it! gotta be looking at same speed as a mk2 turbo i think! the older ones are so much lighter!

140bhp on a 1.6 isnt really that much.

think i'll buy the N/A one and cam it exhause filter etc and see if i can make 140.
