i called and it was engaged then i called 2min later and left it ringing for ages, so someone is there , bit wierd that they dont have their little phone meny anymore for contacting sales or accounts and to get a catalog tho

sometimes u get the menu and sometimes u dont and sometimes it engaged and sometimes it say not available and sometimes.......Pheew

best bet, take a trip up then and ask someone about it Or if it was alot of cash, the take it to the small claims court etc and get your cash back

im in scotland! it was 140 squid which could come in handy right now they have had it for about 5 months
