I am doing a website for the old main but can seem to save the movie in flash mx right

I only want what appers in the box but I seem to get everything is there a way to stop this

You save everything that is outside the box as it is still in the movie, you won't be able to see it when the movie is embedded in a web page as the viewable area of the movie is already set. The way to get rid of the objects at the side is to delete the frames that are present when the object is not being used, or convert them into blank frames.

yeah as ed said , you set the size of the movie , of upload it and use an I-Frame
