You can be tested using sweat I think but I think it has to be back at a station.

Saying you drive better on it is like saying you drive better drunk - its a symptom of being drunk that you think you're better at things than you really are!

^^Yeah think its some sort of sweat sample they take then sent it to get tested......not worth the risk.

I heard of kits they were testing based on a swab litmus kinda thingy which when rubbed over your sweat indicated if you have been smoking but they cant use the findings to get a prosecution as its still a grey area as to how much has been taken or how long ago and the evidence apparently wouldn't stand up in court yet. But watch this space... they are still working on it and im sure would want to implement it.

Sweat wouldn't be enough proof though, as if you are around people doing it and your not, surely there will still be traces of it in your sweat anyway?

i dont know about now, but i no a couple of years ago there is no straight cut test, they look at your eyes and see how dilated your pupils are. If you can't drive because of it they will do u for being under the influence.

However, if you take it, and it has no affect on your dirving at all they cant do you for anything, I THINK. A copper once told me that he asked someone if they had taken it, he said yes, and they let him drive away because he was still able to drive well.
