I can get a GSM tracker for £99 fitted...it also costs u 35p everytime u want to find out where ure car has gone....

Could you not just get a second hand phone - hardwire a power supply for it. Put a PAYG sim in it and then job done. Use that service that locates where your mobiles it (obviously you would allow the mobile number to be located).
