recently? 18-30s ? going august 4th and been hearing police shut the clubs at 1am and also heard the music goes off at 12am

Went last year. Its true the music gets switched off but dont worry as it'll turn back on whn they have gone. Thats what happened to us anyway. If not just go to a club where the dance floor/seating area doesnt spill onto the street, that way the music stays on.

Went with Escapades last july for two weeks. Halfway down bar street youll see an entrance on your left. Thats where i stayed. Music on bar st goes DOWN at 12, and stays down, it used to go back up as soon as police had walked down st, but they get shut down now, so it dies down after then, but theres bedrock and some other clubs at top of bar st and turn right, thats where everyone goes then, and then move back down bar st if youve had enough and just want to chill. Cant shag anyone on beach cos theres beach security on mopeds with MASSIVE spotlights and they always get u with a cheer from everyone walking past! Macdonalds at bottom of bar st, overlookin beach for wen ur starving. Go top top of bar st, and carry on up to main rd, opposite u is a bar where the owner drinks 2 bottles of Absolut a day and stays sober, which impressed me. but im easily pleased! One thing u gotta do is go to water park, its mental!

All bar/club windows and doors have to be closed by 12 which is the same in most places now like Magaluf etc

Its shite, went for 2 weeks last year total dick fest its like 4-1 bloke to bird ratio! Drinks are expensive for Greece and they try and drag you in to every bar and give you fruit juice in the name of shots!

Yeah, but since last year they get shut down if they have tunes up after twelve. doormen used to have buttons on the door that sent signal back to dj when police were coming, bit of a military operation really. not anymore
