dunno why i just thought of this.... but

Are Tigra's as easy to pop a c20 in? Can corsa mount kits etc be used for the conversion?

think they are very similar, especially from the scuttle forward, not sure about fitments tho....

is someone on here was selling a 2.0ltr tigra....

how much do they weigh?

to the best of my knowledge a tigra uses the same chasis as a corsa and the engine bay is identical.

they use the x14XE and x16XE that would be found in the corsa B.

So i'd imagine it would be the same as doing a corsa comversion.

apparantly need different mounts as they sit higher in the bay and you can't close the bonnet

tend to hold there value abit more than corsa's over here.

i promised me GF i'd buy her one when we move to the new house.....

It did indeed! Works really well. It's a tight as fcuk fit but it's very plesant!!

Mine's still for sale btw!

Edit: No different mounts needed, Lee's kit works perfect.

Non of those top pics are turbo'd!

What engine is that mounted the wrong way in the Tigra? The rocker cover looks a bit like a cossie one but its n/a. What a crap/odd exhaust manifold design! Spose you cant get it as smooth with the engine like that.....

Star Silver S reg Vauxhall Tigra Chequers.
Car has done just over 51k miles.
Engine conversion done Jan 2004
C20XE has done just over 92k miles.

Have full history for both car and Engine.

Car Spec:

Full Electrics: Windows, Mirrors, Sunroof
PAS, Aircon (all fitted, just needs pump location sorting)
17" 100+ Phantoms in High Power Silver (1 slightly kerbed) with Avon ZZ3's. Good tread.
Full Magnex Cat Back S/S exhaust (bought in Jan)
K&N Induction Kit
Vectra V6 front brake conversion
Lockwood Chrome Sill plates.
Lockwood White Dial kit.
Dash parts colour coded.
Full colour coding
Clifford Concept 300 with pager
Reiger front splitter.
VX rear spoiler with brakelight.
Zenden Top spoiler.
De-locked.

Can come to arrangements about the ICE.
